System Administrator Level 1 

System Administrator 1 is designed for the individual who is looking to get the most out of their CRM. Clients / Partners who register for this education series will learn to create new Roles and
  1. Understand what CompleteXRM™ modules your team needs to succeed.
  2. Learn how to create new Roles and assign new users licenses. 
  3. Import your data to PlanPlus™ Online from ACT, Outlook™, or .CSV file
  4. Learn how to create workflow pipelines in Opportunities
  5. Develop Custom Fields and edit page layouts.

System Administrator Level 2

System Administrator Level 2 training is designed for the person who is looking to be a PlanPlus™ Online guru. With System Administrator Level 2 training individuals will know what we know about the application.
