Robert (Bob) Neeser, President & CEO
Mr. Neeser has the day-to-day, tactical executive leadership role as President of COMPLETExRM, while executing on the strategy and long-term plans he's conducting as CEO. Prior to joining COMPLETExRM, Mr. Neeser was Vice President of Sales for Sage Software, a leading global publisher of CRM applications software for the SMB market, a segment of the CRM industry that is prime for the 76% year over year growth in on-demand CRM according to IDC.
Mr. Neeser has more than 25 years of executive leadership and sales experience, specializing most recently in North American sales and operations for SageCRM, SageCRM.com, ACT! and SalesLogix. Through his vision and direction, Sage’s CRM division was built into the
fastest growing component of its $2.3 billion annual revenue.
In addition to Sage Software, Neeser has filled senior management roles at a number of companies including two Inc.100 start-ups. Through his leadership and guidance, both were acquired by Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that, he was instrumental in growing a systems integration firm from start-up to more than 500 employees and more than $200 million in annual revenue.
Michael J. Morgan, Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Morgan co-founded COMPLETExRM in 2006. In his role as Chief Strategy Officer, he will work to ensure
that the company’s objectives and department strategies are aligned
with the direction of industry initiatives. Mr. Morgan began his entrepreneurial career at 22 when he opened American Elite Mortgage. Within two years, at the age of 24, he founded Cambridge Realty to provide a range of full services to real estate agents and their clients. As these services expanded, he also recognized a fundamental shift within the industry toward data management technology. Mr. Morgan saw a significant need to provide solutions that would assist agents and brokers in managing their complex, dynamic transactions. To fulfill this need, he began to define a technology solution that could be utilized in his industry.
After successfully selling his companies to NRT(REALOGY), a multi-billion dollar organization focused on the real estate market, he was asked to remain with Coldwell Banker to teach and implement his successful methods to Coldwell agents. In 2002, Mr. Morgan was recognized by (NAR) National Association of Realtors as one of the “Top 30 under 30.” Recently, he lead and guided a team of Coldwell Banker agents and was recognized as one of the top 10 producers within Coldwell Banker. He studied Art History, while attending the University of Utah.
Keith C. Norris, Chief Sales Officer
Mr. Norris co-founded COMPLETExRM in 2006. As Chief Sales Officer, he leads all sales initiatives of
COMPLETExRM’s xRM™ Foundation, a Java-based, service-oriented
application, and FranklinCovey’s PlanPlus™ Online. Mr. Norris is
responsible for pre- and post-sales support and all operations as they
relate to customer acquisition and retention. He has over 12 years of sales, operations and managerial experience within the start-up environment, which extends to production, publishing and project management. At the age of 20, he began his own company that provided car audio and cellular installation services to automotive dealers. Two years later the company was sold to the region's largest provider of mobile electronics.
In 2000, Mr. Norris served as the VP of Marketing for the artist, Rodney Wade. During this time, Mr. Norris coordinated the first ever publishing of works to print and giclee, and exhibited at the ART EXPO in San Francisco and New York. Today, the works can be found at galleries in Miami, Chicago, Dallas, Salt Lake City, Park City, San Francisco and Bejing. In 2001, he raised capital to create an event hosting company for the 2002 Winter Olympics; providing hosting services and events for gold medal athletes, entertainers, media, VIPs and corporate sponsors such as Anheuser Busch, JVC and Red Bull. Mr. Norris' events received positive reviews in local and national publications, such as Hollywood Reporter and Details Magazine.
Mr. Norris began his career in the real estate industry at the age of 26 and has won numerous annual awards from Coldwell Banker, including the prestigious Presidential Elite and Top 1% Producer awards. His experience in creating and deploying internet-based marketing and sales campaigns for the real estate industry led to the creation of a hosted-software service called RecruitTool. Besides creating technology solutions for the industry, he has authored numerous training programs and guides for real estate agents. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Weber State University.
R. Dean Taylor, Vice President, Marketing and Channel
As Vice President of Marketing and Channel, Mr. Taylor directs the product marketing roadmap and oversees all marketing, branding and awareness campaigns while working with the channel to promote the company’s services and offerings. Mr. Taylor has over 19 years of proven strategic and tactical marketing experience focusing on identifying and creating new channels, markets, product offerings, and establishing brand recognition worldwide. He has worked with various companies in helping to define positioning and go-to-market strategies. His experience includes raising angel and venture capital funds for start-up companies, and working in positions of executive management for public companies.
As a founding executive and Vice President of Marketing for Caldera, he was responsible for launching Caldera's Linux product line and channel worldwide. Additionally, he was at the forefront of launching Linux into the worldwide marketplace and worked strategically with companies like Oracle, IBM, SUN, HP and others to help bring their Linux products to the market and channel. He was responsible for writing Caldera's IPO offering while working with financial and industry analysts. He has held marketing and channel management roles for companies such as Novell, WordPerfect, IBM and Sanyo. He founded, served as CEO, and successfully sold PartnerAxis, an Internet-based company focused on Linux channel and distribution. Mr. Taylor graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in business.
Mark Marshall, Chief Financial Officer
With a unique blend of IT knowledge, financial acumen and market insight, Mr. Marshall exhibits a strong marketplace vision and ability to achieve organizational goals, from start-ups to mature entities. In addition, his accounting background has provided him experience at combining strong metrics for accountability and controls that prepare companies for exponential and scalable growth.
Mr. Marshall’s responsibilities have included the management of sales, business development, and financial operations of numerous successful companies, as well as team-building and managing partner relationships. In a recent role, he helped his sales and professional services team from his COO position achieve its highest net income and positive cash flow to-date by growing revenue by 35 percent while lowering costs by 25 percent.
His designed operations and financial strategies for a variety of clients, management of millions in equity and the financial affairs of more than 25 start-up technology and high-growth companies have included companies such Altiris, Soronti (purchased by Avocent), QTI (purchased by Nextel). Mr. Marshall is a CPA, earning both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Brigham Young University’s nationally-ranked accounting program.
Jeremy M. Jones, Vice President, Finance
Mr. Jones oversees the management of internal budgets and overall company finances as Vice President of Finance for COMPLETExRM. He also works closely with the CFO on banking relationships, major financial issues, short and long-term strategic financial planning and company-wide strategies.
Mr. Jones joined COMPLETExRM in 2006 as head accountant after a decade of management and ownership positions in the investment, real estate and restaurant industries. He has a solid background in strategic financial planning, operations, market analysis, as well as real estate development and transactions.
In addition to his work in commercial and residential real estate brokerages, he has owned, operated and sold a mortgage company and a restaurant business. Mr. Jones received a degree in finance from the University of Utah and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
Guru Bandiatmakur, Vice President, Product Development & Engineering
As Vice President of Product Development & Engineering at COMPLETExRM, Guru Bandiatmakur oversees product creation through the company’s xRM™ Foundation, a Java-based, service-oriented application.
Mr. Bandiatmakur has over 15 years of experience in software development lifecycle; and managing engineering teams and building software products leveraging most recently, service oriented architecture (SOA) and Web 2.0 technologies in multiple verticals, including retail, health care and high tech.
Prior to joining COMPLETExRM, Mr. Bandiatmakur led the development of an n-tier High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA) and Digital Entertainment Services (DES) system at iBAHN. Prior to iBAHN, he guided the design and development of the eBusiness portal, a multi-tier J2EE portal and content management system (CMS) for accessing hospital and clinical data at Intermountain Healthcare. As a senior software architect at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), he introduced and implemented n-tier architecture and Web technologies, enabling a number of legacy applications to run over the Internet.
Mr. Bandiatmakur also held software engineer and consultant positions at American Stores Corporation and Praxis, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s in Engineering from Osmania University in India and a master’s in Engineering from Utah State University.
