WANTED:  Experienced Territory Manager / Software Sales / Multiple Positions / Virtual Office

Seeking to hire immediately Territory Sales/Account Managers with previous experience and success selling SAAS (software as a service) or CRM solutions to the enterprise. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a high degree of self-motivation and independence, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment with other highly motivated individuals. This unique product is in high demand and selected candidate must be a hunter, very aggressive prospecting skills and the ability to follow up on warm leads and manage the relationship to the senior level. Sales cycles will vary greatly, so organizational skills and follow up are required.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and managing relationships within our SMB market segment (1-1000 employee based companies)
• Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of our enterprise suite of applications
• Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in COMPLETExRM, while creating satisfied customers for reference.
• Demonstrating our product via the Web


Required Skills/Experience:
• 3-5 years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
• Experience selling business applications is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in understanding the business processes, and systems involved in running SMB size organizations.
• Demonstrable knowledge of key ROI and TCO principles used in financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CEO/CFO level.
• Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
• Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
• Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
• Previous Sales Methodology training preferred
• CRM experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment
• Strong customer references
• Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• University Degree or equivalent required
